Privacy & trust
Your people.
Your private garden.

Garden Friends and this website are operated by Ascent Technologies LTD. This policy describes how we handle information in Garden Friends for iPhone and on this website. For privacy questions, contact support@ascentrepricer.com.
Your relationship information
Garden Friends stores flowers, names, selected contact details, care history, notes, dates, photos and memories on your device and, when available, in your private iCloud storage using Apple's CloudKit. There is no Garden Friends account or company-operated relationship database.
You can add people manually. Contact selection is one person at a time through Apple's picker. Attached photos are processed on-device to resize them and remove image metadata.
Sharing is your choice
If you invite someone to care for a flower, iCloud sharing makes the inviter's chosen name, flower appearance, care rhythm, pause state and care events available to the participants. Photos and individual memories are included only when you explicitly share them. Contacts, private profile notes, important dates and unshared photos or memories are excluded.
People you share with may save copies or screenshots. Revoking access cannot remove copies they have already saved independently.
Messages and on-device intelligence
You review and send messages yourself using system messaging tools. Supported devices can generate optional draft variations with Apple's on-device model. Garden Friends does not send notes or drafts to a company or third-party AI server.
Optional product analytics
Analytics is off by default. When an analytics-enabled build is configured and you opt in, Garden Friends sends limited usage events to TelemetryDeck, such as onboarding completion, an approved flower-count milestone, care method, draft source and paywall category. Events can include app version/build, a hashed random installation identifier and a random session identifier.
Names, contact details, notes, dates, care rhythms, draft text, flower identifiers, photos and notification content are excluded. Turn analytics off in Settings to stop new events. Turning it off does not automatically erase previously sent events. Contact us about deletion requests; because analytics is pseudonymous, we may not be able to identify an event from your email address alone. Analytics is currently unconfigured in the release under preparation.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple handles payments and subscription management. Garden Friends uses StoreKit transaction information to determine access; it does not receive your payment-card details. Apple also provides iCloud and system messaging services under its own privacy terms.
This website and support
This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Cloudflare hosts it and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Its infrastructure may process information internationally.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send sensitive relationship information. Support messages are retained while needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations, then deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit, export and delete garden information in the app. Exports contain personal data: keep them private. iCloud deletion and removal of shared data require a working connection and may take time to propagate. Device backups, exported files and independently saved participant copies are managed separately. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to support, and to raise a privacy concern. The rights available depend on your location. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Changes
We will update this page when data practices change and revise the date above. Material changes requiring a new choice will be explained in the app.
